Macarrão com frango e molho branco

Modo de preparo

  1. Cozinhe o macarrão conforme as informações da embalagem. Reserve.
  2. Derreta a manteiga, adicione a farinha de trigo e mexa por 30 segundos.
  3. Junte o leite e continue mexendo até engrossar um pouco.
  4. Acrescente o creme de leite, sal, pimenta-do-reino e noz-moscada. Reserve.
  5. Tempere o frango com sal, páprica picante e pimenta-do-reino.
  6. Aqueça a manteiga em um fio de óleo e refogue o frango por 5 minutos.
  7. Acrescente o alho e refogue levemente.
  8. Para a montagem, adicione o frango e o macarrão na panela do molho.
  9. Bom apetite.
